As Key Account Manager - WMS (m/f/d) you are responsible for establishing our product and service portfolio in the french market.

You manage sales forecast and pipeline.
- You understand customer business drivers, strategy, challenges & decision processes within the logistics market & propose a suitable sales strategy.
- You develop and deliver customer specific sales and marketing concepts according to our revenue and growth targets through close cooperation with our Country Manager France.
- You generate new sales opportunities through calling, event management, social media, growing current accounts, and channel partners.

You initiate, follow-up and lead all stages of the sales cycle in order to meet or exceed the established sales targets.

You negotiate offers and contracts with new and current customers.

You maintain existing relationships with key customers and partners through sustainable care.

You identify customer needs by conducting market research and analysis.

You observe and analyze competition activities.

You support our marketing activities, webinars, online conferences and participate in industry conferences as well as trade shows.

You actively contribute & collaborate in the budgeting & commercial planning processes.

You update and report sales activities on the company CRM.
Requirements:

You gained relevant work and management experience in sales e.g. as Sales Manager (m/f/d) or Key Account Manager (m/f/d) within the logistics IT market.

You demonstrate strong entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of commercial understanding.

You understand what it takes to generate and manage a pipeline to ensure that sales targets are achieved.

You have a very good understanding of the benefits of optimizing logistics software applications (like WMS), IT terminology, of the logistics industry and of logistics operations (especially warehouse logistics).
- Your are organized and pragmatic at the same time, as well as open minded in the development of new market potentials.

You have very good presentation skills, both in person and online.
- You show strong interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.

You demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel.

You are a native French speaker and fluent in English; knowledge in further languages (e.g. German) is a plus.
