THE POSITION - This is what we are all about
As a Logistics Consultant (m/f/d), you will support customers across various industries in optimizing their warehouse and logistics processes. As part of an international project team, you will implement our warehouse management system, EPG | LFS (WMS), in close collaboration with colleagues from consulting, software development and project management. You will work on diverse implementation projects across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
THE TASKS - You make a difference
- You analyze business and logistics requirements and develop solution concepts for new and existing customers.
- You configure customer-specific logistics processes in EPG | LFS (WMS) and validate them through remote testing or on-site workshops.
- You capture customer requirements and implement tailored solutions together with our software development team through system customization.
- You act as the interface between customers and software development, translating business requirements into product enhancements and new features.
- You support project management activities by preparing functional specifications, effort estimates and customer proposals.
- You advise customers on solutions and services within the EPG Software Suite to help optimize their warehouse operations.
THE REQUIREMENTS - What makes you successful
- You have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor, Master etc.) with a focus on computer science, business informatics, logistics, industrial engineering or business administration (e.g. IT systems management assistant, IT specialist).
- You have experience in operational logistics, warehouse management systems or IT consulting.
- You are passionate about designing and improving logistics processes.
- You have initial experience working in customer or implementation projects.
- You communicate confidently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You are willing to travel regularly within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany (and internationally if desired).
