With over 1,600 customers and 400,000 daily users worldwide, EPG empowers businesses across industries with innovative software solutions. We have a strong presence in the UK and are now expanding our team to further capitalise on market opportunities.
Full product training will be provided, therefore it’s critical you have a positive attitude to learning. We have exciting growth plans and are looking for people with the right attitude and experience to join our team.
THE TASKS - You make a difference
Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Proactively generating leads through CRM utilisation and other sales prospecting techniques.
- Maintaining and cultivating relationships with existing customers and partners..
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation.
- Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities.
Actively participating in marketing initiatives, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
THE REQUIREMENTS - What makes you successful
- Proven success in sales roles within the logistics, retail, IT, or manufacturing sectors (e.g., Business Development, Direct Sales).
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong understanding of voice-driven software applications, IT terminology, and the logistics industry.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to travel for business meetings and industry events.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
Full UK driving licence.
