A wide range of tasks await your commitment:
As a (Senior) Logistics Consultant (m/f/d), you will primarily support our French customers across various industries and company sizes. You will be a member of one of our project teams and, in close collaboration with other specialist departments, implement our warehouse management system EPG | LFS for these customers.
Your tasks will be as follows:
- You analyze the logistical requirements of our new and existing customers.
- You map your customers’ processes within EPG | LFS and test them via remote connections or directly on-site at the customer’s premises.
- You gather requirements and implement them in collaboration with our software developers (customizing).
- You forward customer-specific requirements for new developments to the software development team for implementation.
- As part of project management, you take on commercial responsibilities (e.g., preparing detailed specifications, proposals, etc.).
- In addition, you advise customers on products and services related to our EPG software suite.
Your profile includes the following qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, etc.) with a focus on computer science, business administration, or logistics, or vocational training (e.g., as an IT systems management specialist or IT specialist).
- You have experience in operational logistics and/or IT consulting.
- You are highly motivated to shape and drive solutions and enjoy analyzing, improving, and implementing processes within our EPG software suite.
- Experience in project management is an advantage.
- You are willing to travel extensively (throughout France and Germany, and internationally if desired).
- You communicate confidently and professionally in French, German, and English.
