As a member of our dynamic development team, you will play an active role in building, maintaining, and optimizing innovative backend systems that power our logistics technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient systems that meet the demands of our growing client base.
Your tasks will be as follows:
- You will design, develop, and maintain backend architectures using TypeScript and NestJS.
- You will manage and optimize MongoDB databases, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning through Mongoose.
- You will implement event-driven communication and real-time data processing using Kafka.
- You will monitor and debug system performance using Grafana, ensuring high reliability and stability.
- You will work with Kubernetes (K8s) and K9s for container orchestration and efficient system management.
- You will apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- You will use Git for version control and collaborate via Jira and Confluence to manage project documentation and workflows.
- You will troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical challenges with analytical precision.
- You will work collaboratively with front-end developers and other internal teams to ensure seamless integration and product excellence.
Your profile includes the following qualifications:
- You have 1–2 years of professional experience as a backend developer with hands-on experience in MongoDB, Mongoose, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- You are familiar with Kafka, Grafana, and Kubernetes (K8s/K9s).
- You have strong Object-Oriented Programming skills and an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
- You are confident using Git, Jira, and Confluence in team environments.
- You have a very good command of English, communicate clearly, and enjoy working collaboratively.
- You ideally have experience or interest in logistics or international shipping systems, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), RESTful APIs, and security best practices.
